The RAC MOT Check & Repair Plan

RAC MOT CHECK AND REPAIR PLAN GUIDE BRIDGE MOT WW.GUIDEBRIDGEMOT.CO.UKThe RAC know that 62% of motorists have had a vehicle fail its MOT. So, to help protect motorists they developed the RAC MOT Check and Repair Plan. The plan is given to you free of charge at the time of a service, provided a Vehicle Health Check has been completed and any remedial work identified is carried out*

The plan covers you for up to £750 of repairs should your vehicle fail its next MOT test**

  • The RAC MOT Check & Repair Plan is free of charge
  • Peace of mind that if your vehicle needs repairs to pass its MOT, the plan will cover you for specific parts
  • Covers repairs up to a total of £750

*Remedial work completed at your own expense

**Please note only the items specified in the plan are covered. Any other repairs remain your own responsibility. £750 of repairs is inclusive of VAT

We talk all the time about regular servicing of your car but what if you are one of those people who never have their car serviced – some motorists work on the ‘if it’s not broke – don’t fix it theory’ however if you don’t have regular servicing – could it cost you more in the end?

The reason to service a car is to replace the consumables that have a limited lifetime.

  1. Oil – not just the engine oil, there are other oils – the engine oil is the blood of the car!
  2. Filters – oil, air, cabin and fuel all pay an important part in the vehicle
  3. Spark plugs – if these fail – your car won’t start
  4. Brakes – without good brakes where would you be?
  5. Checks on your timing belt, battery, hoses and gaskets
  6. Tyres and lights

The list is endless and we can guide you through the process if you are one of those who hasn't had a car serviced before – call us on 0161 339 5354 and one of the team will be happy to talk you through the Fixed Car Service plan and will help you make the right decision.   I would say there are three major reasons to have your car serviced

  1. To get the most out of the vehicle, better fuel consumption and peace of mind
  2. If you have your car serviced with us and takes advantage of the FREE RAC health check this alone could save you up to £750 on any MOT repairs.
  3. Your warranty may be affected if your vehicle is not maintained as part of the manufacturer’s guidelines. Guide Bridge MOT is able to service your vehicle without losing your warranty……
